5&5 rule for shoulder balancing via long lever traction:
1.) Hold 5lb weights in each hand, roll the shoulders back & down
2.) Stand or stroll around for 5 mins breathing deeply and keeping the shoulders slightly rolled back
3.) three times a week is ideal (I suggest doing it while watching a show, or listening to a podcast or audiobook)
This technique was taught to us in Massage school by an Orthopedic Shoulder Specialist. Over the last 15 years, 100's of clients have found it to be simple and very effective!
